This customer is a foreign-funded enterprise and a world-renowned manufacturer of pneumatic and electric components, components and systems. In the pneumatic component production workshop of a branch in North China, due to the frequent replacement of processing sites for semi-finished products, the traditional human transportation to solve the internal logistics transportation is not only inefficient, but also not conducive to the realization of workshop production informatization. In order to comply with the current wave of intelligent manufacturing development and achieve a high degree of informationization and automation, the client tried to introduce a complete set of intelligent logistics solutions to solve the problem of automated docking of warehouses and production lines.

Specific implementation plan
The customer site has two areas: a warehouse and a production line, and the raw materials in the warehouse (rough area) need to be transported to the workshop production line. In the workshop production line, there are currently 9 stations, each with 2 rollers (one in and one out), including the blank preparation station, processing area 1, processing area 2, processing area 3, processing area 4. Deburring station 1, deburring station 2, measuring station and cleaning station, which need to be connected to the production line by a mobile robot. Xianzhi Robot connects the user’s MES system through the visual management system RoboGlue, and is equipped with calling PDAs in the warehouse distribution area and production line stations, and completes the material transportation between the warehouse and the production line through AMB-based jacking robots; through AMB-based The jacking roller robot completed the docking of the workshop production line.
In the warehouse area, the worker puts a package of goods on the rack, and then scans the picking list, the distribution area, the one-dimensional code of the rack and the employee code to enter the information; after completion, the AMB-based jacking is called through the PDA Robots come to fetch; RoboGlue will determine whether there is a vacant position in the production line after the reclaiming task order is generated. If there is a vacant position, the order will be executed, and if there is no vacant position, the order will be suspended; after the order is suspended, the warning light will light up and the PDA will prompt the production line There is an empty rack in the station, and the order will continue to be executed after the empty rack is removed.
In the production line area, the AMB-based jacking roller robot is used to complete the production line docking of the blank preparation area, processing area, deburring area, measurement area and cleaning area. Due to the different heights of the roller lines at the customer’s site, the AMB-based jacking roller robot can adjust the height according to the production line station, and flexibly complete the production line docking task.
Implementation difficulties and countermeasures
(1) At present, the user does not have a WMS system and cannot detect whether there are vacancies in the warehouse locations and production line stations;
