On January 21, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued the “Regulations on Promoting the Construction and Development of 5G Networks.” There are a total of 33 regulations, which clarify the scope of application, construction principles, specific construction requirements, construction management, etc. of 5G network construction and development, and make detailed plans and important guidelines for 5G network construction in various parts of Xinjiang, providing the key to Xinjiang’s 5G development Guidance and support. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: “Notice on Improving 5G Service Quality”

On February 3, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on improving the quality of 5G services. The notice pointed out that under the current background of accelerating the development of 5G and achieving positive results, some telecommunications enterprise users are not reminded, publicity and marketing are not standardized, and other situations are causing widespread concern in the society. Sichuan: “Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of 5G Development”

On March 3, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology issued the “Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of 5G Development.” The opinions put forward that the main goal of development is to accelerate the deployment and construction of 5G networks, increase 5G network coverage in key areas; promote 5G technological innovation and achievement transformation, develop 5G core industries and related industries; further enrich 5G application scenarios, and promote 5G integration application demonstrations. Hubei: “Work Plan for Hubei’s “5G Service in Spring”

On March 22, the Hubei Provincial Communications Administration issued the “Work Plan for Hubei’s “5G Service in Spring”, and organized a special action kick-off meeting. At the meeting, Cao Guangjing, deputy governor of Hubei Province, pointed out the achievements of 5G development in the province. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: “5G Application “Sailing” Action Plan (2021-2023)”

On April 30, in order to vigorously promote 5G applications, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology drafted and compiled the “5G Application “Sailing” Action Plan (2021-2023)”.
