Ams’ acquisition of Osram has reached the lowest threshold sensor + photoelectric giant was born?

On December 6, ams, the world’s leading provider of high-performance sensor solutions, announced that ams’ acquisition of OSRAM Licht AG (“OSRAM”) has reached the minimum acquisition threshold today. The tender offer was issued by ams on November 7, 2019, and the minimum acquisition threshold is 55% of all shares of Osram. The final result of the offer will be announced on the ams official website on December 10, 2019.

The acquisition has exceeded the 55% minimum acquisition threshold on the same day;

The additional acceptance period (additional acceptance period) is December 11-24, 2019, 24.00 CET;
